that you could keep for the next 5 years in a H2H, 5x5 scoring type league.

Who would it be?

Thanks,

Joe,

Make sure to use your first pick in our draft on Delmon Young. He'll be great for you for years to come. /images/graemlins/tongue.gif

edit: I posted that as a joke but I find it hilarious how his fantasy comparison is beltran, vlad, and pujols

I don't know if Bonds will play 5 more years and I hate the guy. But if he was to play 5 more years is there any way you can't pick him?

this is why I said Pujols. No telling how long Bonds will play, and if he will be effective even 1 year from now. You would assume so, but Pujols is pretty much a lock.

Someone also mentioned Beltran. He had a great post season and is young, but he's a bigger risk than Pujols imo.

Pretty easily. At the very minimum, I'd take Pujols, Beltran, Vlad and Arod over whatever an unjuiced Bonds will be giving at 45.

Edited to add: Btw, the answer to the OP is Pujols.

Easily Pujols, unless I find out he's actually 36.
No one has mentioned him, but Teixeira is going to be a monster over this time frame.

odd. no one takes a-rod? if he got back his SS eligibility, i'd take him in a second, but even @ 3rd he's still pretty impressive...he started stealing bases again last year.
