I like the " from rock to kamikase" school, thereby AQo is plague to me for reasons like the flop you just saw...ppl like you and me should play tighter because we dont know what to do with most flops.( dunno if some agree but the only unsuited, unpaired hand I play is AK)

Looks to me considering buyin and stack/blind sizes like you played this ok.
If anyone is paying attention they might notice you raise then check/folded nothing which might be useful later in the tournament.
You might like to think about position though.

P.S. Use the converter to make a pretty hand history.
