That seems to be the average deal.

I cashed out last thursday, the money left the sportsbook on the weekend, and was still not in neteller yesterday, I emailed them to find out what was going on, 15 minutes after I pressed send, the money was in neteller and I had an appology email sent to me. YMMV.

I've been waiting since Sunday. Finally emailed today and got the standard form letter some people have been getting about system problems and 24-48 hour resolution.

I cashed out on the 26th and still haven't been paid. I just had an angry (though polite) conversation with them over the phone. I'm not sure if it will help, but I don't see how it can hurt.

Frankly, this sort of delay is completely unacceptable.

You guys should start dealing with online casinos. 5 days is great in comparison.

Its unnacceptable and a reason to never play on the site again unless they are offering a reload. I find it funny that a site thinks it can do this sort of thing and not have it affect thier business. Obviously they know the bonus will bring in the droves and the droves will complain but I know after I clear I wont be back for a while.

Well, isn't this funny. 15 minutes after my phone call, I get an e-mail from Intertops saying that they transferred the money to my Neteller account. And it's true, they did.

Something very shady is going on at this site. In an earlier thread, someone mentioned that what they're doing is frequently a sign of financial difficulties. I'm now starting to believe that he may be right.

Trust me, I have no intention of ever playing there without a reload bonus. And even then, I might skip it altogether.

I haven't got mine yet, probably been 4 days.

Although it did only take me 2-3 days to get my cashout from casino classic, so I don't mind.

this is not the usual deal at all with Intertops.Usually cashouts from Intertops Sportbook take 1 or 2 days to hit Neteller.I've been playing at this room for 2 years. That being said I cashed out midweek last week and it took 5 or so days to hit Neteller..this doesnt usually happen. In general Intertops is a no nonsense room they dont cowtow to poker players but they are a well run reputable large sportsbook.

This is not the norm.Perhaps w/ all the huge amount of bonus whores cashing in/out from their last bonus they decided to make some money back by playing the float with our money..just like a bank does.

Intertops are menschs. They rarely have bonuses of any kind..maybe 1-2 a year over last 2 1/2...it's quite possible they lost some money on this promo.

I cashed out from the poker room to the sportsbook Wed. of last week, and from the sporstbook to Neteller on Thurs. Got the money in my Neteller account yesterday (Wed.). Eight days total for something that most sites do in 8-24 hours.

In checking my Neteller account, I noticed that cashouts from Intertops come directly from them to Neteller, while all the other Party skins use Pay-Pro. That in itself doesn't mean anything, because Stars and Paradise are also direct, and they are both very fast. My last cashout at Paradise took about 24 hours, and at Stars it wasjust a few hours.

At the very least, I am sure that Intertops has system problems in the way it interfaces with Neteller, and I suspect from what others have said and been told, that Intertops systems require more manual input than others. This could be made worse by bonuses, when more players than normal are moving cash in and out.

That said, I am still suspicious about Intertops. They said in e-mails to me and others that this delay was due to technical problems with their Neteller interface. Someone posted here that they asked Neteller about this, and Neteller said that they were getting cashouts from Intertops as usual.

My conclusion is that they are slow-paying on purpose. There are two possible reasons for this, one shady and one potentially bad. The shady activity is slow-paying to make interest on the float, the money they have in the bank for the period between taking it out of your sportsbook account and putting it into your Neteller account. Them earning another week's interest on my $500 doesn't sound like much, but multiply that by thousands of customers and you are talking about real money.

The worst-case scenario is that they are in trouble, and have to delay cashouts until more deposits come in. If that's the case, the delays will get longer and longer. At the moment, I am thinking that I'm not going to deposit any more money at Intertops until I read postings here as to whether this problem is getting better or worse.

Yeah, probably It's better playing it safe than sorry.

However, their sportsbook has been quite successful and its turnover is way bigger than their poker site. That being said, the poker site and the sportsbook may be legally different entities. At least, they will have different budgets so I can see the the Poker people could need to play a bit on interest so that they can justify their existence vis-a-vis the Sportsbook people.

Also, there is a soccer/referee scandal going on in Germany where it is now established a fact that last year 2nd and 3rd league games were being thrown by refs and players and I read that the thugs have tricked tens of Mio Euros out of Intertops alone.

BTW, I asked for cash out the 24th and it hit Neteller on the 3rd of March without me sending any e-mail. I am still waiting for the 2nd cashout which I asked for on the 27th.

It looks to me like they are having a problem processing Neteller.

Withdrawal through IGMPAY took 18 hours to hit my bank account. It's not the Party 2hr cashout, but it's better than 5 days.

I've been waiting since Feb 24th. I sent the e-mail today, tech. difficulties..... Should be in during the next 72 hours. Not happy. I've got one more cashout yet to go from there. Never playing there without a reload, possibly not ever.

FWIW, It appears that emailing them (I used winnings@intertops.com) does expedite things. I mailed them late last night (~2 AM) and money is in my Neteller account now (I made my initial cashout request very early Tuesday morning).

Note too that I'm talking about the transfer from sportsbook to Neteller; transfer from poker to sportsbok took about a day or 2 (and I initiated that one last Saturday).

My 2 cents. They ar being tight because they could take a hit on the poker deposits. What hardcore player plays on that skin? They allow 2 free cashouts a month, they don't allow you to play the party big tournies and jackpot tables. The poker is to keep their sports clients(who generally dump badly)around. If you noticed all of the sportsbooks now are either small indy poker sites or are joining one major poker site as a skin. Infact most small sites that have sportsbooks have the best poker games around gotta love crackheads who bet everyhand because they played all 14 NFL games on Sunday....... /images/graemlins/blush.gif /images/graemlins/grin.gif
