No real reads. If I bet and get check raised it's a call, right?

I would probably bet and fold to a raise, unless it's from a strange or tricky player in which case I would call. Against an unknown I would fold though.

I would bet this river everytime.

This really depends. I look at my opponents c/r% and post flop aggression. If my opponents are aggressive post flop, I would have expected a bet/raise from the Q if they had a Q, so I would feel comfortable betting the river. If my opponents are passive on the flop and turn, but aggressive w/ high c/r% on the river, then I would check behind, but this is very rare. You are good more than 25% of the time here, so a value bet is in order.

I keep seeing this, c/r%, when discussing other opponents. Where exactly do you guys find this information? Thanks.

I thought that only works on your own hands. How does it calculate other people's hands?

PokerTracker imports data from everyone involved in the hand. Once you have a fair number of hands on the villian, you can look him up in PT to check his stats the same way you check yours. Better yet, get the GameTime+ addon and have the stats overlayed on your poker client.
