I open raise in the 3 hole with AJo, button (PFR 22%) three bets, all fold, i call.

I bet the river, and call a (vry unlikely) raise. Your hand is good, and AK, KQ, and every other hands is likely to call you down.

ive open raised in the 3hole once or twice myself, and trust me, its far more profitable if you get pictures...

This play is only good if you have a read that he frequently bets the river when checked to.

Yeah, this is completely player-specific. He may check behind, he may not. I think that going for the checkraise against this TAG-gish type of player is probably +EV, but it depends what the rest of the board looks like as well.
