So I'm playing PP $25 Full Ring for now, just to get used to it (I play $5 and $10 home games usually).

Any software you folks would recommend?

Playerview is better than Gametime+ according to many.

This discussion could get out of hand, so let's save that argument and let people use what they prefer and are capable/willing to set up. I personally don't use either, but might give it a try one of these days when I am not lazy.

I agree. If they were both expensive products, it would make sense to argue it so that people could spend their money wisely. Since they're free, people can just download and try both of them in the same amount of time it would take to try to sort out a heated debate about which is better.

*bump*

Sorry for being ignorant, but how do you work gametime+

I downloaded it, but I can't seem to add a database. Do I just let it sit there, or what? /images/graemlins/confused.gif

Gametime+ is an add on to poker tracker (which create the database you are looking for). So you need to download poker tracker, and collect a bit of data first.

I just started using it about 2 weeks ago, and it is tops.

I'll probably hold off on it then. PT seems to be a bit much of an investment until I see how decent I am.
