Cc funding of neteller via party?

I am that much of a tightwad I don't want to pay neteller's fees for funding an account by credit card. If I deposit at party using a cc can I cash out to neteller does anyone know?

Yes you can cash out through neteller, I've deposited via cc and withdrawn through neteller several times.
