Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (10 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)
I played about 30 hands with Villain at PP 50NL .5/1. My read is that he is loose and aggressive.
UTG+2 ($44.1)
MP1 ($77.45)
<font color="#C00000">Hero ($50)</font>
MP3 ($30)
CO ($76.8)
Button ($45.35)
SB ($45)
BB ($60.65)
<font color="#C00000">UTG: Villain ($35)</font>
UTG+1 ($50.95)
Preflop: Hero is MP2 with A/images/graemlins/spade.gif, A/images/graemlins/club.gif. MP3 posts a blind of $1. SB posts a blind of $0.5.
UTG: Villain calls $1, UTG+1 calls $1, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $4</font>, <font color="#666666">5 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">UTG: Villain calls $3</font>, UTG+1 folds.
Flop: ($11.50) Q/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, 4/images/graemlins/club.gif, 2/images/graemlins/club.gif <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Villain bets $31 (All-In).</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero does what?</font>
My thoughts on what villain might hold:
QQ probably would have raised preflop rather than limp/call
AQs or KQs with clubs might make sense, but since I saw this player come in first for a raise from mid position with KQs in an earlier hand, he probably would have raised with any two high suited cards
So, that pretty much leaves me with
44 or 22 which might make sense for a set
Ax or Kx where x is less than a J, both clubs for a club draw
or
low connectors (i.e. 56s) for a straight and/or flush draw.
I was confident that he would have done this with a pocket pair that he wouldn't have raised with if he missed his set (i.e. 99, 88, 77 etc.), but I suppose that is a possibility.
Did I miss any?
Do I give him credit for the set or OESFD and fold?
Or do I figure he's bluffing or semi bluffing with a flush draw and call?
I put him on a semi-bluff draw and called. OK call?
Thanks.
