stoopid question but what exactly is the move of honor? Couldn't find it defined anywhere.

There is a good description of it in an article in the 2+2 magazine (link to the upper left of the page). It is written by David Sillers (Wayfare) and is a great article for low-limit NL ring games. It is in the first issue. You should definitely check it out.
