PINEAPPLE HOLD'EM

As Texas hold'em players know, each player receives two cards. In "Pineapple-style," a third card is dealt to each, and after the first round of betting, one card must be discarded. Includes rules, strategy, money management, freeze-outs and tournaments. 61 pages, paperbound.1979.

Has anyone read it? Is it any good?

Any other recommendations or comments about books on Crazy Pineapple are welcome. Thanks.

Wow. I didn't know there were any Crazy Pineapple books. If it's decent, I'll get it.

Need books no limit lowball draw, PLO/8, 5 card Omaha etc.

check out the gambler's book club. pretty famous place in las vegas that has a webshop at www.gamblersbookclub.com (http://www.gamblersbookclub.com)

they actually have a book on crazy pineapple hi/lo as well. it's a bit more expensive (20 bucks) and seems more comprehensive.

I have this book, its essentially a 20 or so page pamphlet that gives you the basics. Not much to it, but points out the obvious for this game (beware flushes, they are more common). For 6 bucks I'd buy it again.
