With the smaller blinds now, manipulation of pot size grows in importance.

It is difficult to say right now how the avg party player is going to react so this is difficult to comment on. Normally you don't want a huge pot with only 1-pair, but this is party... I assume a 3/4 bet is better, but it depends if you want to be able to get away from the hand.
