Trying to run multiple skins for the first time, need some help here

I have been playing PP for a while. Recently signed up for empire (so I could play 6-8 tables), registered an account (from a different computer) but haven't deposited any money yet.

When I try to log into empire from the computer I normally play at, the log in doesn't work (the "long in request in process" bar request bar just keeps scrolling until the webpage comes up stating "You are seeing this page as your computer is unable to connect to our game servers"

Why is this happening and what's the next step?

E-mail empire?
Call pay-pro?
Try logging in from a different location?
Deposit money?

Does this possibly have to do with IP address?

I've run into this same problem. Until you deposit money into the account, it keeps looping back and forth through the login process -- I don't know why. On the other hand if you log in on the computer you initially registered the account with, you log in instantly.
