Does 2+2 still have a bonus with PSO?

I was thinking off starting off on another site through Pokersourceonline tomorrow to gain a few more of their points. However I could not find the page that listed the upgrades you receive by going through 2+2 to get to PSO.

Are the upgrades still available with "wow" or do they no longer exist? Sorry if this has been asked before.
