My draw didn't make it, so I decided to jam with the scary board. Was this totally out of line?

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t150 (9 handed)

MP2 (t3500)
MP3 (t2170)
CO (t3690)
Button (t1905)
Hero (t2230)
BB (t5750)
UTG (t3285)
UTG+1 (t1680)
MP1 (t5790)

Preflop: Hero is SB with K/images/graemlins/club.gif, 4/images/graemlins/spade.gif.
UTG calls t150, 3 folds, MP3 calls t150, 1 fold, Button calls t150, Hero completes, BB checks.

Flop: (t750) 5/images/graemlins/spade.gif, 2/images/graemlins/heart.gif, 7/images/graemlins/club.gif (5 players)
Hero checks, BB checks, UTG checks, MP3 checks, Button checks.

Turn: (t750) A/images/graemlins/spade.gif (5 players)
Hero bets t150, BB folds, UTG folds, MP3 raises to t300, Button calls t300, Hero calls t150.

River: (t1650) 2/images/graemlins/spade.gif (3 players)
Hero bets t1780 (All-In) Everyone else?????

Results will follow, if anyone cares.

Horrible call on flop/turn... I would say it looks like a steal and you likely got called. I don't like it, I think it is insane, but it might of worked, wouldn't make it a habit to draw to gutshots though. Because it isnt much of a draw at all. Not to mention you didnt even really have a draw on the flop.

EDIT: Looking over it again it is even worse, you did this with 2 other players still in, one who raised on the turn, one who called. I would guess one guy had an Ace and folded and one hit their flush.

the button's turn call is either a flush draw, set (badly played) or two pair (again badly played). Your only hope is that he had A7 or A5 and gets scared off.

I think you got caught.

Of course if button is an idiot, this all goes out the window.

I checked the flop, as did everyone else.

I bet when the A came, as my image was tight, and wanted to see where people were. I think the mistake is calling the raise. (I am curious if the odds were totally against it.)

What the hell kind of draw is that?

Awful - makes me wanna puke like Stanny over there.

You're getting 10 to 1 to close the action on the turn with a gutshot that has one of your four outs tainted. You'd have to be pretty damned sure one of your two opponents would pay off at least 450 or so on the river to make the odds.

In this deep I probably call, but I wouldn't have been this deep to start.

Everybody folded, thank God. Live and learn.

I saved the hand because I knew I cocked it up.

I think one of the things that came into play was my tight image. My flop seen % was somewhere around 15% to that point of tourney.

FWIW- It was a 3TT, and I went on to finish 3rd.

If you held the K /images/graemlins/spade.gif then i think its a reasonable play since it would be tough to call without the nutflush. IMO with the Ace on board, the flush draw, and the stack sizes of your opponents they may be too willing to gamble with any piece of this board to double up. If you know both opponents to be very weak/passive then its more likely you can pull this off but I personally don't like the play here.
