I've been playing NL SnG's for 3 months after cutting my teeth on limit ring games. I'm starting to play NLHE ring to improve my post flop skills and work off some bonuses. Here are a few hands from today where the villians pushed a flop that I had top pair or an overpair. These are all from the Party $25 NL Tables. Without any reads on the villians how would you play these flops?

The only one I would THINK about folding is the first one. The other ones you are obviously pot committed, just call the last few bucks. On the first one, you might be drawing dead already, which is not good, and you still have to call another $7. But the pot is laying you good odds and there is a pretty good chance you are ahead (although a read or some stats on villain would be useful here) so I probably call. I think it is close, though.

All three are easy calls for me. Of course, reads, etc.

Thanks for the feedback. I ended up winning all 3 hands. Ive never played much NL Ring on Party and was surprised how poor the play was at times. I agree hand #1 was a tough call. Villian showed Ad but couldnt connect. The other 2 hands were laughable. I guess I was surprised by the amount of poor play. I was expecting a tougher game for some reason. I need to get my playerview setup for nl ring. I can see how this will help alot.
