1. Should I have raised the flop?
2. Do I lay this down without a second-thought?

I don't like the pre-flop call, but were I in your situation I'd raise that wimpy min-bet from the SB but fold if anyone behind me comes over the top.

Yeah, this makes sense, as I end up on the fence if an ace falls.

I should probably just assume all of my posts can be answered with "fold preflop"

Naw, man, keep posting. "Fold pre-flop" is a suggestion, not a rule. While grinding low buy-in players like myself would fold pre-flop, that doesn't invalidate your questions about handling your biz on the flop.

That said...

When you think about limping with ATo on a full table, consider the odds against hitting your money hands... 49 to 1 against two pair, ~3.6 to 1 against a gutshot draw (~10 to 1 against hitting it on the turn), 88 to 1 against three suited cards (~4 to 1 against hitting it on the turn)... etc etc etc...

In deep stack live-action poker you might love ATo every now and again, but in short-stacked fast-paced single-table tournaments you'll leak like Niagara playing hands of this ilk.

This is a very clear fold preflop. Actually until you understand why you should fold this hand, you shouldn't expect to be able to win at sit and go's. You just need to play tighter overall, and I'd probably check out Dan Harringtons book and read it very closely.
I'm not going to even look at the postflop action, as until you fold such hands preflop, the postflop play is of secondary importance.
