Is the flop raise foolish?
And the river bet?
And the river call?
Lastly, do you think I'm a moron?

why aren't you betting the turn?

Nah, loose/passive table, I'd play this one from EP too.

The only problem I see with the way you played this is your turn check...that 8/images/graemlins/spade.gif actually improved your hand, so you should be doubly eager to bet it. When UTG+2 raises behind you, then it's time to call down (although I'd probably have bet/called the river anyway when you caught trips).

Yeah, but I've sat with you so this isn't really all that comforting.

Why is he folding suited aces in a loose/passive game? Bad idea IMO.

I don't think I'd play this hand UTG+1 but at a very LPP table it's fine.

I like your postflop play, but why not bet the turn? I certainly don't fold to that river raise ever, not closing the action for one bet. You're not even always beat here, you're good a decent percentage of the time.

You're not a moron, keep toughing it out and you'll be fine. Maybe post some postflop SH hands, those were my problem during my downswing.
