Limit hold'em quads frequency

How often should a typical 2+2 limit hold'em player get quads?

I was, and continue to be bad at flopping quads, however after studying "Riverdance", I have been able to increase the frequency in which I river quads!!! You may look silly dancing around the table, and you may suffer verbal abuse from the floor, but I urge you... consider the profits!!

I know quads are like the 8th best hand or something. I've had them twice (flopped quads with pocket tens & flopped trip aces with pocket aces and rivered the quad) in my last 320 hands and won both of those hands so they've got to be decent. So, yeah. I'll try anything to get better at it.
