Been at the table for ten minutes and no real reads. I don't remember playing the villian before. Take a look.
Ultimate Bet No-Limit Hold'em, $.50 BB (8 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)
MP1 ($18.60)
MP2 ($48.15)
Hero ($40.50)
Button ($46.55)
SB ($34.40)
BB ($12.20)
UTG ($38.70)
UTG+1 ($77.80)
Preflop: Hero is CO with Q/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, Q/images/graemlins/club.gif.
UTG+1 calls $0.50, MP1 calls $0.50, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $3</font>, <font color="#666666">4 folds</font>, UTG+1 calls $2.50, MP1 folds.
Standard so far.
Flop: ($7.25) 3/images/graemlins/heart.gif, 4/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, T/images/graemlins/diamond.gif <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">UTG+1 bets $7.75</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $15.5</font>, <font color="#CC3333">UTG+1 raises to $23.25</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $37.50 (all-in)</font>, UTG+1 calls $14.25.
Alright so here is my line of thinking. He led out, so I figured the re-raise was standard with an overpair. Now his re-raise was unexpected. I thought that I was committed enough to push. I was way too involved in the pot to fold and if I called it would end up all-in on the turn anyways, unless maybe a 10 came out. I pushed praying for him to have A10 or JJ.
Turn: ($82.75) Q/images/graemlins/spade.gif <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
River: ($82.75) 2/images/graemlins/heart.gif <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Final Pot: $82.75
Well I did get a stroke of luck. He showed 33 and my set trumped his. I should have known I was far behind, right?
