can i transfer $ before clearing the reload bonus?

I want to transfer 1g to a friend so he can withdraw then redeposit for the feb reload bonus...am I allowed to do this before clearing the bonus myself?

Dont waste your time, I tried transferring money to my brother for a bonus and it would not let him cash out right away, you have to play a certain number of hands first. If you are gonna do this you need to transfer thru neteller.

At party skins yes, I think you have to wait 6-8 hours after depositing to withdraw though.
