Thank you for your reply.
I have forwarded your message onto our software suppliers investigations team as "Saabpro" is not a Coral Eurobet player, and is accessing through once of the other front end sites.
We take this very seriously as we have built a card room that, we like to think, is friendly and fair to all of our clients. The investigations Team will be able to determine whether this player is a bot using specialised software and will take all necessary steps to preventing "bot" useage in our card room.
