Under is 6-3 in MEM last nine road games
Under is 5-2 in SA last seven home games
Under is 8-2 in the last 10 meetings

Teams avg'n 88 pts/gm over last 5 (not scoring at much higher of a clip either)

Combined O/U away/home is 22-30 for both teams combined

Mem coming off an overtime letdown..

SA rested at home, theres no reason to expect Mem to score more then 75 points.. leaving SA to score 100, which probably wont happen.. this is a comfortable 90-78 win for SA at home.

As a side note, I love Memphis getting 13 here - they traded Duncan's best friend and team favorite in Malik Rose, and I think the Spurs team is a bit salty about it...just a hunch but love the Grizz with the points, good luck with the total tonight 20Five /images/graemlins/grin.gif

I didn't think I was going to take MEM tonight because I thought the line would be around 10.
At 13 I just couldn't resist.

Reasons why I DIDN'T want to take it. MEM playing back-to-back's AND coming off an emotional OT let-down.

I watched it on TV. Wacky game.
Sell-out crowd at the forum so a bit more exciting than usual for the Grizz.
MEM down 10 at half....up 9 after 3rd Q. Really pumped up players and crowd. Pau was going pretty nutty from his seat behind the bench.

Than MEM gave the game away (kind of fatigued...short-bench). and had NO gas in overtime.

It was 91-91 at end of reg....and 93-93 with 1 min left in OT. Really gassed.

Also...the ONLY reason MEM did as well as they did was the ridiculous shooting of Brian Cardinal (career-high 28 points). Cardinal has terrific hustle...but he can hardly be counted on to keep MEM around night after night with his 3-point shooting.

MEM just blows me away with their ability to stay in games time and time again even though they look completely out-manned against most teams.
Thus...I was going to stay away from this one at 9 or 10 points. But at 13 I'll take my Grizz and keep my fingers crossed that they can keep it close.
