There was a few posts on this before. Where the 10th player wouldn't appear, nor his chips, but he'd still get dealt cards and he did exist. I thought it was just a display bug as when I closed the game window and reopened it the tenth player would appear.
However I just played a $20 SNG at party and it did in fact only have 9 players and 7200 chips total. Very strange.
The payout was the standard $100, $60, $40. So party lost $2 on the game.
