I just realized I could have included an option indicating you do not wash at home, but you do wash in a public restroom because you don't want all the other guys thinking you're disgusting.

Ever do this? You're at the movies with your buddy and you both head into the john and hit up the urinal. When you're done, you decide it's not necessary to wash, but you do anyway because your friend is right there. Of course, he washes too, but only because you're there. And both of you are thinking, "If I was at home, I wouldn't be bothering with this crap."

And...when I'm at home and there's anybody else there, I usually let the water run for about five seconds and then I turn it off without ever getting my hands wet. If I wash my hands too frequently, they get chapped. By letting the water run, anyone who is paying attention can hear the sink running and thinks I'm all squeaky clean.

I pull the lever to ready the paper towel, turn on the faucet and wash my hands with soap, grab the paper towel and dry my hands, turn off the faucet with the paper towel in my hands, open the door with the paper towel, then throw the towel away.

I eat with my hands, I touch my face with my hands, and I don't want every guy's germs and piss residue all over my hands when I do.
