Obviously he probably has you beaten when he raises the turn with only a 7 needed for a straight and a VP$IP that high.

At that point, you know you probably have 2 bets to call with 12 bets to win (11 already in with his raise, plus another on the river), so you're getting 6:1. I'd probably fold, disgustedly.
