$11, not exactly the brightest players but anyway...this situation. Do you raise here such as I did preflop or just push all in? (PS, I called as I thought he was bluffing) /images/graemlins/grin.gif /images/graemlins/smirk.gif

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t400 (3 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 9/images/graemlins/club.gif, K/images/graemlins/heart.gif.
1 fold, SB completes, Hero raises to t800, SB calls t400.

Flop: (t1600) A/images/graemlins/club.gif, A/images/graemlins/spade.gif, T/images/graemlins/spade.gif (2 players)
SB bets t738 (All-In), Hero calls t738.

Turn: (t3076) 2/images/graemlins/spade.gif (2 players, 1 all-in)

River: (t3076) 4/images/graemlins/heart.gif (2 players, 1 all-in)

Final Pot: t3076

Results in white below:

That's a terrible pf raise. Check or push. I check.

I would just push preflop if you think he will lay it down. Otherwise just check out the flop. I see a lot of players call a min raise even when its a good portion of their stack.

You avoid this by thinking before you press that check button pre flop.

If SB had an Ace or a PP he would raise/push you. He didn't. He wants to see the flop. You are ahead. Make him pay to see the flop, or give you the blinds. Push.

Yes, there is a small chance he has a monster, but since you raised it will not make any difference.

You don't make a crappy min raise from the BB after the SB completes. Not that he even had to realize this fact, but you know you gave him 3:1 pot odds to call. Name a hand that he could be holding that is a bigger dog than 3:1.

Weak raise, in that situation you are either folding or pushing.

Allin preflop. You need to play with a lot more power in these sit and gos.
