PokerTracker reports

Has anybody generated custom reports from PokerTracker? For instance, I'm interested in charting my earnings by day/week.

If so, what tool did you use? How did you figure out the PT database structure?

You can export pretty much anything you want from poker tracker. If you're on a page such as Session Notes, and click the [P] button to print, you'll notice on the print setup window there is an export button that will let you export straight to excel and a few other formats.
