Best SNG Tilt Protection

What do you guys do to help alleviate an oncoming tilt sensation?

That looks bloody great! I usually go allin. If I win, then I can get myself together because now I got a good chance to win it, and if I lose then I don't play another before I'm decently calm again.

This looks like a better way to do it though.

I've always liked going into a $5+1 SNG and going all-in every hand. Or maybe a few SNGs. Winning is a trip and it freaks people out (a little).

I find it best to say "nice catch" or something. Especially when you get all in with 66 v AA on a xx6 flop, only to have him spike an ace on the turn.

3 options for me:
1) Go on stars, play .5 .10 cent nl -- Take like 8 bucks, play every hand preflop no matter what. EVERY hand, but then play normal after the flop. You'd be suprised how much you learn from having to play 93o suit utg.

2) Take $10 bucks to the lowest limit game you can find, cap every hand to the river until you've tripled up or busted. This ones been discussed by others.

3) My personal non-favorite: break things. I pride myself in composure at live game tables, but alone online I have no discipline...Broke a mouse and 2 sets of headphones in a month and a half. I lost my Pokerstars stress star, but I think anybody with one would be a testimonial customer for it.

Sometimes I take a minute or two to pray if I REALLY feel like there's a chance I might go on tilt. Of course, I always pray before and after each session for God's guidance and to thank Him etc.

I just tried going to a .25/.50 limit table and cap'ing every hand. The best part is having guys at .25/.50 telling you you don't know how to play and are a fish. Right after they bet into a flush on the river or something stupid like that.
