Inspired by Daryn's thread, a brief story about my dad. My dad coached my older brother's summer soccer team in middle school. 20 kids from one of the wealthiest suburbs in the area, and they didn't win a single game his first year coaching. Kids with ultra competitive parents, and every single kid came back the next year to play for him. Several of them had to argue with their parents to let them.
