Getting rid of online gaming sites?????

I've heard rumors now for quite some time, that the federal government may step in and remove gambling sites. Does this mean that they will also remove poker sites? Has anyone heard anything similar to this?

I really cannot see how they could do that. Invade some foreign countries and shut down their server farms? I do not think we need to be concerned about that. However, uncle Sam loves getting the piece of the action from everyone, so I would not be surprised if they try to regulate the flow of the money to and from the online rooms. The state of New York was successful at getting PayPal to stop making transactions to the gambling sites from the residents of the state. I think it is really a sign of the things to come.
