Im starting on these this weekend, wondering if anyone has any tips, etc.

Heard about the weird dreams, sounds kind of cool actually.

Any help appreciated!

Comparable to the vivid dreams one gets when falling asleep on pain med's?

I was allergic to it - itched like crazy.

this was my experience as well (the dreams)

and also, like pokerjo said, they do itch when you 1st put them on. when you replace them, switch spots you stick it. it's bad for your skin.

Can I place them pretty much anywhere? The little information packet doesnt go into many specifics...

i found that putting them on the outsides of the arms, under your delts, and on your shoulders was a little easier to tolerate than the "inner" part of your arm that they recommend.

if you have someone to help you, on your shoulder blades is OK too, b/c that way you can't scratch at it too much.

try not to scratch it; the itchiness is only temporary. it fades as the day goes on.
