7-stud, fifth street, four-way action, you have an Ace and, thinking you're still high, you bet. Others point out that another player has paired, so he acts first. You take back your bet, the player with a pair checks -- can you now check behind or do the rules require that your bet stand? What if the player bets -- must you call?

At Foxwoods, no.

At the Borgata, yes.

depends on the room. usually it is , or its warned once and then is.

Typically the rule states "action out of turn MAY be binding."

That would mean it's the dealer's/floor's call?

Action out of turn should be binding, however may rooms allow flexibility to make the players more comfortable. There is no reason to chase away the fish, which are the people who most often make this type of error.
