Great news to read in the other thread that many of the Las Vegas poker rooms have gone non-smoking this year.
Are there ANY non-smoking rooms in the Pacific Northwest?
I've been in and looked around a half dozen casinos, and played in two, between Seattle and Portland this week. ALL of them were smoky. (The Muckleshoot has a nonsmoking section with blackjack and roulette. Whoopee.) I for one would certainly appreciate a nonsmoking establishment.

The Hideaway is now closed. I guess that means that you can't smoke there, but I don't think that's what he's looking for.
Anyway, Tulalip's cardroom is non-smoking.

Little Creek Casino is Shelton is a non-smoking room. Freddies in Fife is also non-smoking.
Little Creek isn't "Seattle" per se, since it's about an hour south, but they have some decent tournaments and spread 6 tables.

How are the games there? I live in Seattle area but go to Ellensburg often in summer to fish the Yak. Any info would be appreciated.

Tulalip in Marysville (25 min. north of seattle) is non-smoking. It has about 20 tables and only rakes $2 for red chip games. Action is sporatic but this could be a great room. Maybe someday it will be. Mgmt has to remove thumbs from ass first.
If you like to play NL or 4-8 it always has games. 10-20, 15-30, and 20-40 is less reliable.

I head over to Pullman every once in awhile, I'll stop by one of these times.

They wouldn't have to pull it very far out either. Just treat the players with a little respect and they'll continue to hang around. I hater driving an hour somewhere just to be treated like a dog. Especially if I can add that hour to online play.

Spirit Mountain in Oregon (you mentioned Portland) has a non-smoking poker room. Its connected to the Casino which is a little smoky.... but the room itself has many a lot of action and is run fairly well.

Not really near Seattle but in Spokane most of the rooms are "non smoking". Many of them, however, allow smoking only a few feet away from the poker room so it is still pretty smokey.
The best room for a non-smoking poker room is probably Big Daddy's. P&S isn't too bad either. Lilac Lanes is probably the smokiest room I have played in around here.
