Congrats to David.
Just curious as to how much of an increase in sales since the Poker By The Book show! I would venture a guess that sales will really go up in the next week.

The sales rank at Amazon for Theory of Poker has been in the 40's and 50's consistently all day. It's usually in the 100's or 200's, so it seems to have gotten a significant boost.

Which would mean Amazon.com is predicting somewhere around 45-65 copies sold each day over the course of a year. I hope Amazon's amortized projections come true, that would be quite a pretty penny for a 2+2 book!
