Everyone at the table thinks i'm on tilt because I raised 3-hands in a row and got sucked out on 2 off them at the river with 2 or 3 outers. These suckouts are the reason i'm short stacked negelected to reload because the action was happening so quickly.

I think no matter the stack you getting any more action on this hand would have been limited anyways...well unless the guy is out of his mind. If you catch a strong hand with a low stack of 5BB or less sometimes doubling up is really easy.

I think part of the reason you got so much action was not only because you had been sucked out on, but precisely because you were shortstacked. If anything, this shows the benefits of being shortstacked because people think you just want to gamble away your money.
