Is there a big difference in the skill levels of players in diferent cities? vegas, atlantic city, reno, cali card rooms, FL card rooms, central southern gambling states, what's your opinion?

When a casino has no competition for a 5 hour car drive or more it seems to attract weaker players. Just an observation with say Foxwoods vs Bellagio.
