Party bonus stacking

Regarding Party bonuses, anyone know anything about the order they get cleared if you have multiple pending -- is it first in first out or first in last out?

For example, if I first deposit using reload code A, then again using B, and then start playing, which gets cleared first, A or B?

I have 3 pending currently

1) Inital deposit
2) 15% reload (specific to me)
3) 30% reload (specific to me)

They came in on consecutive days, and are stacked in the order they were put in. Raked hands are counted ONLY towards the first one.

What I found odd (and helpful) is that the expiration dates on the first one changed when I added the reload (it extended) and then the 1st and 2nd extended when I added the last reload.
