Party Poker $10+1 No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t15 (10 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

MP1 (t1195)
MP2 (t1570)
MP3 (t755)
CO (t45)
Button (t820)
SB (t785)
Hero (t800)
UTG (t800)
UTG+1 (t800)
UTG+2 (t430)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 2/images/graemlins/spade.gif, 5/images/graemlins/spade.gif.
1 fold, UTG+1 calls t15, 2 folds, MP2 calls t15, 3 folds, SB completes, Hero checks.

Flop: (t60) 4/images/graemlins/club.gif, 3/images/graemlins/heart.gif, K/images/graemlins/club.gif (4 players)
SB bets t35, Hero calls t35, UTG+1 folds, MP2 folds.

Normally I'd fold an OESD to a flop bet, but I thought "If a six falls I clean out the guy betting the king. If an ace falls, I might get the guy with the king, or I might get somebody with an ace."

Turn: (t130) 6/images/graemlins/heart.gif (2 players)
SB bets t100, Hero calls t100.

River: (t330) 6/images/graemlins/diamond.gif (2 players)
SB bets t100, Hero raises to t650 (All-In), SB calls t535 (All-In).

Final Pot: t1615

Results in white below:
SB has Kd 8d (two pair, kings and sixes).
Hero has 2s 5s (straight, six high).
Outcome: Hero wins t1615.

1) Was this a good application of calling based on implied odds rather than pot odds, or did I just go fishing?
2) On the turn, do I push with the two flush draws?
3) That river raise... too big?

you are calling for 6 outs. remember that. even if u hit on the turn, you could get rivered by a flush. keep that in mind.

I generally fold here for a few reasons:

1. There is a flush draw, which hurts some of my outs, and also allows redraws if anyone has a flush draw
2. There are people to act behind me who could easily raise
3. If I do hit my hand, there's no guarantee that I'll win a big pot

Eliminate one of the above factors, and I may lean towards calling.

Also I really hate just calling the turn. You are going to lose your customer base if a 7,5 or 2 come on the river, and maybe a flush draw. If the guy has top pair, now is the time to make him pay, before he has a reason to think his hand is no good.

Sorry if that was in poor taste. I get it though. Thanks for the input. Folding seems to be the consensus.
