No real read on villain, but he has been real aggressive and the checks threw me a bit. My line looks pretty bad here.

Tough one.

I would be suspicious of his flop check after the 3-bet pre-flop, but without any read on him, I would probably go ahead and bet out, assuming the A was a scare card for his high PP or suited broadway. Worst case, you get check-raised and then you can just check-fold the turn.

However - my thinking there is confirmed when he raises you on the turn when you bet out - he probably thinks his aceless hand is good at this point.

On the river, he checks another scare card and thus I would probably bet again.

All that said, the guy probably had AA /images/graemlins/wink.gif
