Read Wayfare's (David Siller's) article in the 2+2 magazine, "Getting Paid Off Huge..." in the first volume. It explains all about it and some great strategy for SSNL. The link is at the top left of the forums.

Reading Wayfare's article is by far the best way to go about learning the move of honor, but in short, it is massively overbetting the pot when you have the nuts so that your opponents will be more likely to put you on a bluff, where you hope that you will not be called, in order that they will call with more marginal holdings.

Actually, although this can be a good move (even at UB 25/50, apparently) and is also discussed in Wayfare's article, it is NOT the move of honor. The move of honor is simply pushing preflop with AA/KK regardless of previous preflop action.
