Preflop: I do the same.

Flop: A case could be made for betting out, but in a game as passive as this, I really doubt you'd get much information. I check as well.

Turn: I raise here. You're pushing out players behind you and making your river decision much, much easier. If he 3bets you, you can fold pretty easily.

River: Given that, the way the hand played, I'm completely lost, I call.

This hand was super passive.

Raise turn and if he calls and you dont improve and he isnt extremly loose, check behind on river, fearing an A.
