Is there a way to figure out how likely it is for something like 74s or 75o to flop a very strong hand. I'm concerned about most non-broadway 1-3 gappers, suited or unsuited.

I'm not asking this question to find the EV of a particular hand, I'm curious if 96s hits the flop more often than 75o, and so on.
