I picked up my copy last night aroudn 8 PM. [censored] incredible. Un-[censored]-believable. I have the component video cable too and the graphical quality is insane.
It is, mainly, an expansion of GT3, though. The biggest new feature is the B-spec mode, that lets you be the team manager giving orders to a computer driver.
You can transfer some things (A and B licenses, up to 100,000 credits) from GT3, but that makes the first races super easy. I think I'm going to delete my saved data and start fresh without transferring anything from GT3.
The intro is amazing too.
