Relatively early so everyone is around 800 stack. Blinds 10/15 party $30

Hero is UTG+1 raise 60 with KK got two MP callers. Flop comes JJ4. Hero bet 200 into 205 pot, one fold one raise all in. It's laying me 3:1 pot odds to call.

How often do you think my Ks is the best hand?

Party $30....

If the flop was rainbow, KK is good FAR > 50% of the time IMO. If the flop has two to a flush I'd be a little more concerned but still expect KK to good the majority of the time (w/ two to a flush on board, villian would be more inclinded to push w/ a Jack here on the Party $30- without the two to a flush, a Jack would more likely smooth call).

Easy call for Hero.
