I have been playing at 15/30 for just one week. My booty is getting kicked. Mostly I think this is because I don't trust my opponents enough. I'm trying to imrpove here though.

One step in that improvement process is that I want to be able to estimate my opponents playing style with a greater accuracy than I am able to do now.

Here stats play an important role, at least for me. My usual approach has been to "classify" players depending on how they compare with the optimal and adjusting my play that way.

I had a very good idea of what was optimal play at the 6-handed games where I was before. Thanks both to experience and wonderful stat post which I don't see much of here at the MHS-forum.

I hope you can help me with this. It would probably hellp me up my winrate from -12BB/100 hands to _at least_ -8BB/100 hands /images/graemlins/tongue.gif.

Here I'll write what I think are the correct stats. Please correct me where I'm wrong, even at the places where it is only slightly.

VPIP: 16-21
PFR: 7-10
postflop-AF: around 2 (how big of a span?)
Went to SD: around 38
Won at SD: around 56

I really don't know though. But I hope you can help me find out.

What are the optimal stats?
In what spans are the good players?

thanks!
