Longest you have gone Heads Up?

I know this probably is not the record, but it is by far the longest time I have played heads up against someone in a SnG. It was a 10 player 10+1 on UB. Third person was eliminated on hand 88. The tournament ended on hand 269. I won, but it was a see-saw thing where every twenty hands the chip leader switched. 181 hands Heads-up.
