i would call this heads up, but with the over call i think its a fine lay down. I would out the overcaller on at least a 10 better kicker...

One of them surely has a Q, T (notice your kicker is not used) or flush to still be in the hand. Take the old addage, the bettor can be bluffing, but the caller cannot, so fold (unless you know the caller is completely clueless...even then I'd probably fold this.) I don't see how we're good here 1 out of 8.
