I just spent my first week dedicated to SS after building my bankroll through .5/1 and 1/2. There is some definite differences between the micro game and the SS game but the lessons I have learned here and am now learning in the SS forum are serving me well.

I want to thank all of you for helping me with my game. I am not a champion my any stretch of the imagination and I have a lot to learn but I am having success at SS through my small sample size (3.5/100 for 3k hands) where I feel I will be able to survive my first downswing.

Good luck to everyone and thanks again for all the help!

Congratulations!

Hopefully I'll be moving up to $2/4 in the near future as well. Looking forward to posting some hands in SS.

Good poker!

Yeah, I ran well my first few thousand at 2/4 too. I felt like I was the king of poker or something. Now I'm down to like 1.0 BB/100 after a 125BB downswing. Just saying, don't get too excited yet :P

I am definitely not. Single Tabling, studying, thinking. I started with 375 BB bankroll. Spent some time at the $1/$2 6 max. Right now I have about a 475 BB bankroll. But you have to start somewhere /images/graemlins/smile.gif. Thanks!
