I think this call might have been a little suspect, but it ended up working out for me. Do any of you play this hand differently? Should I push this hand normally or just muck it? I am about 90% sure that I should never just call in this situation again.

Insta-push for me. +250 chips if uncalled (most likely situation) and flipping a coin (not a bad thing when you're getting short) in most other situations. You might also dominate a smaller PP.

If you call youre just begging for a scary flop. Sure you set 1/8 of the time and its all fun and games, but post-flop your bets won't likely be called unless youre toast. You don't have enough chips to screw around, so get on your horse and go.
