Very good book, although not as good as his previous book (The Tipping Point). Gladwell contends that sometimes snap judgments are superior to carefully thought-out decisions, and sometimes they are far inferior. (Surprise!) Unfortunately Gladwell is unable to provide any rules to tell when to trust your gut.

Interesting stories, but other than the Ekman stuff, I can't think of any applications to poker.
